as i got down again and waited for 15 minutes or more a Malay lady and Ms Puspa finally came out from the office door and the Malay Lady told me “I’m sorry miss your cheque got problem la ….. ” …….. OMFG RIGHT NOW WHAT I NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 MONTHS?! … i totally screamed into her face “FIRST YOU PPL TOLD ME PROCESS OF REFUND IS TWO WEEKS, THEN ONE AROUND ONE MONTH, THEN KEEP TELLING ME WITHIN ONE WEEK AFTER THAT …… I WOULD BE AN ULTIMATE IDIOT TO HAVE BELIEVE YOU AGAIN TELLING ME TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK!!!!” ….. “sorry miss …. we also dont want to hold your cheque” …..
